Camilo Duque was born in Medellín, Colombia.
The photography represents a significant discovery of his being, the answer to an inner search to find his passion and a powerful tool for revealing the light present in each situation and project, whether it be in fashion, commercial, documentary or personal work.His training integrates several roads in the visual and artistic field. Graduated in advertising, he wanted to extend his knowledge studying films in the city of Barcelona, Spain. There, he discovered the passion for travel and curiosity about cultures that have encourage him to visit different places around the world. This experience has provided him a global vision of the human expressions.
He worked for several years as a publicist in the creative and design area and it was working as a magazine art director where he clinched a strong interest in photography that later decided to choose as his profession.
He Complemented the photography studies at Yurupary with the vocational education of the teacher Alberto Montoya in the domain and mastering of the photography skills and technique.
He Currently resides in Medellín, a city that serves as a basis for work both in his photography studio as in the location that each project requires.
